Refund Policy

Subscriptions
RecovraFlow plans are billed in advance (monthly unless stated otherwise). You can cancel at any time from Settings → Billing. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of your current billing period.
We generally do not offer prorated refunds for partial billing periods. If you were billed in error, or experienced a serious service issue, contact us within 14 days of the charge and we will review your case in good faith.
EU and UK consumer withdrawal right
If you qualify as a consumer in the EU or UK, you have a statutory right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of subscribing, without giving a reason. By starting to use the Service during this period you expressly request immediate performance and acknowledge that the withdrawal right is lost once the Service has been fully performed. To withdraw, email hello@recovraflow.com from the address on your account within the 14-day window. The Service is primarily intended for business use and most users will not qualify as consumers.
Statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable consumer rights you have under applicable law.
Chargebacks
Please contact us first before filing a chargeback — most issues can be resolved within a single business day. Chargebacks filed without first contacting us may result in account suspension and a permanent record on payment-network monitoring programs.
How to request a refund
Email hello@recovraflow.com from the address on your account with your invoice ID and a brief description. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
