DMCA & Copyright Policy
Last updated: August 2, 2026
RecovraFlow respects intellectual property rights and responds to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement under the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512) and equivalent laws elsewhere.
1. Reporting alleged infringement
Send a written notice to our designated agent at our copyright contact with the subject line "DMCA Notice". Your notice must include:
- Your physical or electronic signature;
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed;
- Identification of the material claimed to be infringing and its URL or location within the Service, in enough detail for us to locate it;
- Your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address;
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.
Incomplete notices may delay our response. Knowingly making a material misrepresentation may expose you to liability for damages under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f).
2. Our response
On receipt of a valid notice we will promptly remove or disable access to the material and make a reasonable effort to notify the user who posted it.
3. Counter-notice
If you believe material was removed in error or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to the same address including: your signature; identification of the removed material and its prior location; a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the removal was a mistake; your name, address, and telephone number; and consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your address (or, if outside the U.S., any district in which we may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the complaining party. We may restore the material in 10–14 business days unless the complainant files a court action.
4. Repeat infringers
We will terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are repeat infringers, consistent with our Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policy.
5. Our own content
